Chez Renée Studio.com is owned and operated by Jacqueline Renée Lambert.

These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use this website and services as offered. This website offers commissioned artwork by request of the client. By accessing or using the website of our service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Chez Renée Studio reserves the copyright on all artwork created as well as the right to use images of the finished original artwork for marketing and display online for promotional purposes.

Chez Renée Studio and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, images, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Jacqueline Renée Lambert. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.

Privacy and protection of personal information is of the utmost importance. Chez Renée Studio will NOT sell or use your personal information for anything other than communicating, processing and the delivery of your order between you and Chez Renée Studio. You agree to receive from time-to-time promotional messages and materials from Chez Renée Studio via email.

If you don't want to receive promotional materials or notices – please just notify Chez Renée Studio at any time and you will be removed from any future marketing campaigns.

Your personal financial/credit card information will only be used for the purposes of the order and will not be retained by either the processing third party nor by Chez Renée Studio.

7 Day Refund Policy

If for any reason you change your mind about commissioning a painting, you have 7 days to request a full refund of the deposit amount. After 7 days, materials and work will be employed towards fulfilling the requested painting and the deposit is non-refundable once the commission has been started.

Final Payment Due

When the painting is completed, a Zoom Meeting will be set up for final approval. Upon Verbal Approval during that meeting, a final Invoice will be sent, and final payment will be due prior to shipping. All payments are final and non-refundable.

After the final approval is received, a varnish will be applied to seal and protect the painting and a 10-day drying period will be required before preparing for shipping.

In the very unlikely scenario that final approval is not to be granted and the client does not want to accept the completed painting, Chez Renée Studio reserves the right to make the artwork available for sale to other customers or to use in any other manner available in order to recoup the cost of the unclaimed artwork.

Damaged in Transit

Should your painting arrive in a damaged state, please notify Chez Renée Studio IMMEDIATELY upon arrival and provide photos of the external packaging and the artwork clearly showing the damage. Replacement of the damaged painting will be discussed for a new delivery timeline. Bear in mind, replacement schedule will be based on workload at the time.
